Vintage Cappadocia carpet

A very beautiful vintage Anatolian rug from Cappadocia area, Kayseri, central Turkey. Exceptional circa 1950 Kayseri carpet, woven in Cappadocia area, features an amazing design making the contradiction of colours be the centrepiece of the carpet. The carpet is in a perfect original condition, wool pile on cotton foundation technique used.
